How to Request a Custom Build:

• 2. Consultation & Quote: We will review your request to determine its feasibility. If your vision aligns with our manufacturing capabilities, we will provide you with a final price quote and an estimated timeline for the build.

• 3. Production Phase: Once the design is approved and the order is placed, our workshop will begin engineering your custom piece.

• Production Time: Because custom pieces require new schematics and individualized craftsmanship, please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks on top of our standard processing time.

• Pricing: Customizations will incur additional costs depending on the complexity of the design, the requested hardware, and the materials required.

• Final Sale Policy: All custom-made and personalized items are strictly final sale. Because they are uniquely crafted to your exact specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
